Psalm 48 lyrics with English Translations
Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised
In the city of our God, the mountain of his holiness
Beautiful is I situation, the joy of the whole earth, is Mount Zion
And the sides of the north, the city of the great King ya
God known in her place for a refuge
For, lo, the kings assembled, they passed by together
They saw it, and so they marvelled
They were troubled, and hasted away
For they took hold upon them, pain, as a woman, travail
Thou breakest the ships of Zion with east wind
As heard and who have we seen in the city of the Lord of hosts
In the city of our God will I establish it for ever, ever, ever
We have thought of thy loving kindness, O God, in the midst of thy temple
According to thy name, O God, so is thy praise unto the ends of the earth
Righteousness in the hand of righteousness
Let Mount Zion rejoice, yeah
Let the daughter of Judah be glad, because thy judgments ya
Walk about Zion, and go around about her: tell it towers thereof
Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised In the city of our God, the mountain of his holiness Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth
In Mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King God known in her place for a refuge For, lo, the kings were assembled, and passed by together They saw it, and so they marvelled They troubled, and hasted away Fear tooks hold upon them there, and pain, as of a woman in travail The pain, as of a woman go into travail ya
I saw a ship travels with east wind As heard and who have we seen in the city of the Lord of hosts In the city of our God will I establish it for ever Forever will I establish it, ya, yeah..
