Hear this, all ye people; give ears, all ye inhabitants of the world
Both low, high, and rich and poor, together Psalm 49:1-2
I and I mouth shall speak of wisdom
And the meditation of I heart shall be understanding Psalm 49:3
I will incline mine ears to the parable
I will open my dark saying upon the harp Psalm 49:4
Where should I fear in the days of evil
When the iniquity heels shall compass thy about, yeah? Psalm 49:5
They that trust in thy wealth
Boasting themselves in the multitude, of a riches Psalm 49:6
No one of them can be any means redeem his brother
Nor give to God a ransom for him Psalm 49:7
For the repentance of their soul, is precious, and ceaseth forever
That he shall be still, live forever, and not see corruption Psalm 49:8-9
For he that seeth wise men die, likewise the fool
And the brutish person praise, and love thy wealth to others Psalm 49:10
Their inward thought is, that their houses shall stand
Forever, and their dwelling places to the generations
They call, their lands after their own name, yeah Psalm 49:11
Nevertheless man being, honour, not be like the beasts that perish Psalm 49:12
